David is an Ex-FireFighter from England who changed the stress of English life with the more relaxing way of work in Cambodia and opened a nice Beach Bar/Restaurant (Brown's) directly on Victory Beach. His business is not too far away from mine. Denie from Belgium runs a successful construction company and quality purpose wise he did a big part of the electrical installation at The Look.
